Agency Opportunities
FCGMA contracts with consultants to meet the specific, highly technical needs of our special projects or audits. The Agency now manages all solicitations [Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), or informal solicitations] through PlanetBids, a web-based eProcurement system available at no cost to all qualified consulting firms interested in doing business with the Agency.
Register as a vendor to:
- Search and view all current solicitations and download bid documents
- Receive automatic email notifications for relevant opportunities
- Submit questions, receive addenda notifications, and submit bids.
Important: Both formal and informal solicitations are processed through the system. All responses are due at or before the time shown on each solicitation. Late submissions cannot be accepted. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure the most current version of a solicitation, including all addenda, has been downloaded before submitting a response.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their business profile accurate and up to date. Because notifications are automated, an invalid or inactive email address will result in missed solicitation alerts. PlanetBids strongly recommends that vendors provide two email addresses during registration to minimize the risk of missing notifications.
For technical assistance with the Vendor Portal, visit the PlanetBids Help Center or contact support. For questions about specific solicitations, contact FCGMA.
