Groundwater Extraction Reporting
2025-1 Semi-Annual Extraction Statements (SAES) for wells located in Oxnard, Pleasant Valley, and Las Posas Valley basins were due May 16, 2025.
2025-1 SAES are available at FCGMAOnline.org, for reporting groundwater extractions occurring between October 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Printed 2025-1 SAES were also mailed to the Well Operator on record with FCGMA, via regular US postal delivery.
Agency Ordinance Code requires complete and accurate SAES to be received by this office by the due date. Completed SAES received with a US Postal Service postmark by the due date will be deemed on time. Please be advised that incomplete and/or incorrect reporting are subject to assessment of civil penalties in accordance with Resolution 2019-1 and interest for late payment in accordance with §2.4.2.
Note: CombCodes with one or more of the following are not eligible for online reporting and must report extractions manually on the Agency provided 2025-1 SAES form:
- Incomplete or missing previous SAES (2024-2 or earlier)
- Unregistered meter changes (including replacement, multiplier or unit change, repair, failure, estimated usage, etc.)
- Unregistered Operator or Owner change
Manually completed 2025-1 SAES may be submitted via mail, addressed to FCGMA, or delivered to this office located at the Ventura County Government Center, Hall of Administration. Please note that FCGMA’s service counter has moved to the 3rd floor at the top of the escalator. To schedule an in-person, phone, or video appointment email FCGMA.Report@ventura.org to ensure adequate staff availability.
