Coming soon! 2025-1 Semi-Annual Extraction Statements (SAES) for Oxnard, Pleasant Valley (OPV) and Las Posas Valley (LPV)
Gather flowmeter readings and photos on Monday, March 31, 2025, for the 2025-1 reporting period to report groundwater extractions occurring between September 30, 2024, and March 31, 2025. Semi-annual extraction statements for the 2025-1 reporting period for wells located in OPV and LPV will be available at FCGMAOnline.org on April 1, 2025. Printed statements will also be mailed via US mail to the Well Operator on record.
Forms completed manually may be submitted via mail, addressed to FCGMA or delivered at the Ventura County Government Center Hall of Administration. Please note that Fox Canyon’s service counter has moved to the 3rd floor at the top of the escalator. The Online Reporting User Guide will assist in navigating FCGMAOnline.org, uploading meter photos, reporting readings, and more.
Note: CombCodes with one or more of the following must submit the 2025-1 SAES manually on Agency provided form(s):
- Incomplete or missing previous SAES (2024-2 or earlier)
- Unregistered meter changes (including replacement, multiplier or unit change, repair, failure, estimated usage, etc.)
- Unregistered Operator or Owner change
Required Reporting Materials for the 2025-1 SAES:
- 2025-1 SAES completed and accurate
- Legible meter photos for each well requiring metering
- Payment in full
Complete and accurate SAES materials with a postmark date by the due date will be considered received on time. Please be advised that incomplete and/or incorrect reporting is subject to assessment of civil penalties in accordance with Resolution 2019-1.
