Tips for Meeting with our Agency
Contact us to make an appointment ahead of time. Include your CombCode and/or State Well Number with your appointment request for faster, more effective service.

Appointments are available via phone, remotely via Teams or Zoom, or in person.

To meet with us in person, once you enter the Hall of Administration building, make your way through the atrium and take up the escalator up one floor. Check in at the reception desk facing the escalator. You will be seated at our service window in the same area, and we will be contacted upon your arrival.
