Recommendation and Response Reports
As defined in the LPV Adjudication Judgment:
- 1.90 Recommendation Report – A written report setting forth a Committee’s
recommendation on a Basin Management Action pursuant to the Committee Consultation
process, as provided for in Section 6.8. - 1.92 Response Report – A written report prepared by Watermaster responding to a
recommendation and contentions in support thereof set forth in a timely submitted
Recommendation Report from a Committee, as provided for in Section 6.3.
Per section 6.3, “Watermaster’s Response Report[s] will become part of the Watermaster record maintained on the FCGMA’s website.” Further, in accordance with section 6.8, “Watermaster shall maintain Committee records, including meeting minutes, Recommendation Reports, and accompanying reports and other documents.”
Recommendation and Response Reports are organized according to the corresponding meeting date where the material was considered and discussed by the Board, sorted by Water Year.
