Notice of Requested Corrections to Groundwater Allocation Schedule
On August 14, 2024, LPV Watermaster distributed an email notice to its service list for requested corrections to identified errors on the Groundwater Allocation Schedule by parties to the Las Posas Valley Adjudication Judgment (LPV Judgment) (LPV Judgment, § 4.3.1).
The LPV Judgment provides Water Right Holders the opportunity to correct any errors regarding information set forth in the Groundwater Allocation Schedule and how this information should be corrected (LPV Judgment, § 4.3.1). Requested corrections are subject to contest by any LPV Adjudication Party and investigation by the Watermaster, and if thereafter necessary through motion to the Court pursuant to the Court’s continuing jurisdiction set forth in Section 9.1 (LPV Judgment, § 4.3.1).
Watermaster prepared a document summarizing requested changes or updates and has therein provided tentative decision(s) for each error identified, and the rationale basis for such decision.
