Annual Report
The Judgment entered in Las Posas Valley Water Rights Coalition v. Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency VENCI00509700 (Judgment), requires that the FCGMA acting as the GSA and Court appointed Watermaster prepare an Annual Report in consultation with the committees as provided in the Watermaster Rules. The Annual Report shall include the information set forth in Water Code section 10728, California Code of Regulations title 23, section 356.2, and all additional information required by the Watermaster Rules. (Judgment § 5.2.3, Exh. A, 2.7.10). The FCGMA shall, after considering any Recommendation Report issued by the PAC or TAC and issuing a Response Report, submit the Annual Report to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) and file it with the Court no later than April 1 of each Water Year.
