Cuanto m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico sea, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil ser\u00e1 determinar si dichos registros existen en los archivos de la Agencia. Tenga en cuenta que la Ley de Registros P\u00fablicos de California (Secci\u00f3n 6250 y siguientes del C\u00f3digo de Gobierno) se aplica a los escritos en los archivos de la Agencia &quot;que contengan informaci\u00f3n relacionada con la gesti\u00f3n de los negocios p\u00fablicos preparada, pose\u00edda, utilizada o retenida por cualquier agencia estatal o local independientemente de su forma f\u00edsica o caracter\u00edsticas&quot;. La Agencia le proporcionar\u00e1 esos documentos, a menos que est\u00e9n exentos de divulgaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan la Ley de Registros P\u00fablicos u otra raz\u00f3n legal impida que los documentos se divulguen al p\u00fablico. Los registros p\u00fablicos se pueden solicitar descargando el formulario en PDF a continuaci\u00f3n y devolvi\u00e9ndolo por cualquiera de los medios que se indican a continuaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p><p>Respetamos los plazos de respuesta r\u00e1pidos para las solicitudes de PRA; responderemos a su solicitud en un plazo de diez d\u00edas.
